When are PVVPOA assessments due?

Potomac Valley Vista Property Owners Association's (PVVPOA's) annual assessment is currently $176.00 and is due on January 31st, per Association Covenants.  Annual assessments that are unpaid as of May 1st are considered delinquent and are subject to late fees, annual interest, and legal fees.

How do I pay PVVPOA assessments (Association Dues)?

• Payment is by personal or cashiers check, or via web bill payment made directly through the owner's bank.  Payment cannot be accepted via credit card or online third-party payments such as PayPal.

• Checks should be made out to "Potomac Valley Vista Property Owners Association" and mailed to the PVVPOA Treasurer at the address given on the annual assessment notice (mailed on January 1st).  Any contact information updates should also be reported at this time.
